He was predeceased by: his parents, Buel Dement and Etta Mae Dement (Fox); his brother Kevin Dement; his parents-in-law, Bill Pratt and Sarah Pratt; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Hasty.
He is survived by: his family Lord; his wife Cynthia Dement; his sons, Greg Dement (Crystal) and Mike Dement (Sarah); his grandchildren, Tristan Stotler (Juliana) and Megan LaBrot (Gunner); his great grandchild Brinlee Mae; his siblings, Dr. Oman Eugene Dement (Joyce), Joyce Clement (Jim), Carl Dement (Barb), Janet Morgan (Tim), Kathy Romine (Gary), Ronnie Dement (Denise) and Rev. Rick Dement (Jamie); his mother-in-law Bonnie Pratt; and his sister-in-law Paula Waltman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
