He is survived by: his wife Heather Botkin (Bannister); his children, Braden Botkin and Brenna Botkin; his mother-in-law Bess Ann Bannister; his brother-in-law Aaron Bannister (Maggie); his siblings, Terri Eatock (Jim), Debra Ann Morrison and Tracy Moss; and his siblings' children, Bobby Moss, Derek Moss, Sean Wiley, Jason Hall, Stephanie Leann, Deegan Bannister, Colyer Bannister and Mylee Bannister.
