He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burns and Mary Burns (Meade); his brother Emory Douglas Burns; and his sister-in-law Brenda Burns (Polk). He is survived by: his wife Chris Burns (Roring); his daughter Deanna Breeden (James) of Eureka; his grandchildren, Jordan, Jamie and Joel; his daughter Danette Randolph (David) of Chesterfield; his grandchildren, Kirk (Sabrina Maschhoff) and Dean (Aubrie Peschel); his great grandchildren, Hayes, Maren and Camden Randolph; his stepson John Williams II (Kerri Anne Noble) of Port Charlotte; his stepgrandchildren, John III (Jheel Gosain), Tyler (Emily Raether) and Allison (Hunter Allen); his stepson Christopher Williams (Amy Turner) of Farmington; his stepgrandsons, Joe (Madi Vaeth), Jack and Jace; and his brothers, Richard (Trudy), Dan and David (Sherry McGaughey). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
