He is survived by: his son Kenneth Ray Neeley (Velda) of Park Hills, MO; his granddaughter Roxanne Worley; his great grandchildren, Dharian and Julieanna; and his siblings, Carl "Bud", Ralph, Henry Wayne, Frankie "Lee", Johnny, Hubert, Ronnie, Ernie, Pat, Dianna, Rosie and Flossie. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
