Francis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Harter and Annabel Harter; his sons, Rock Harter and Scott Harter; and his brothers, JD Harter (Loretta) and Sam Harter.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ruth Harter; his children, Steve Harter (Frances), Hazel Castens (Rick) and Connie Reiter (Ken); his grandchildren, David Harter, Ricky Castens (Beth), Melissa Mercer (Brandon Anderson), Bryan Harter (Lana), Tyler Reiter, Aaron Reiter (Jessica) and Emily Reiter; his great grandchildren, Caroline Castens, Brodie Mercer, Sidda Harter, Abigail Castens, Jemma Harter, Liam Reiter and Isaac Reiter; his brother Dennis Harter (Nancy); and his sister-in-law Imogene Harter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
