He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wilkinson and Dorothy Mason. He is survived by: his wife Nancy "Cookie" Wilkinson; his daughters, Amy Wills of Farmington, Wendy Rust (Jason) of Kansas City and Penny Brown (Adam) of Jackson; his grandchildren, Madison Franken, Jacob Weedman, Evan Rust, Claire Rust, Sophie Rust, Jude Rust and Barrett Brown; and his great grandchild Gunner Franken. He is also survived by siblings, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
