She was predeceased by: her parents, Carnell Simmons and Helen P. Simmons (Slinkard); her son Benjamin John Webb; and her siblings, Joann Wood and Gene Simmons.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy "Pete" Webb; her daughter Andrea "Andi" McWilliams (Paul "PeeWee); her grandchildren, Allison Metje (Kris), Abby Pease (Robert) and Andrew Harper (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Breckin, Marlo Pease, Willow and Benjamin Metji; her brother Jim Simmons (Joyce); her sisters-in-law, Ella Mae Beeler (Ted) and Mary Simmons; and her nieces and nephews, April Shaw, Krita Joslin, Amanda, Nathan Wood, Kelly and Tracy Simmons. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed in honor of Helen's memory to the Park Hills Church of Nazarene, Teen Challenge or National Down Syndrome Society.
