He was predeceased by: his parents, James Overby and Loretta Bernice Overby (McDaniel); and his siblings, Calvin Overby, Clinton Overby, Patsy Gamerdinger and Larry Overby.
He is survived by: his significant other Donna Tinsley of Farmington; and his aunt Melba Conrad. He is also survived by brother-in-law, many sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
