He was predeceased by: his parents, James Willard McMillen and Virginia Phyllis McMillen (Morley); and his girlfriend Helen Govro. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Warren (Lance) and James McMillen (Mary Ann); his grandchildren, Kyle Warren (Justice), Sydney Quinton (Ross) and Laura Schofield (Bryan); his great grandchildren, Thea, Anna, Warren, Nellie, Hayden and Mason; his sister Phyllis Ann Kakacek; and his daughters, Kassie, Kenzie and Morgan.
