She is survived by: her children, Joe Goforth (Kristina Bradley) and Deb Goforth; her grandchildren, Patrick Lewis, Kilea Lewis and Derek Thomas-Goforth; and her great grandchildren, Alise and Everett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
