She is survived by: her spouse Russell Qualls; her children, Sarah Miner (Stanley), Jessica Qualls, Jason Qualls and Adam Qualls; her grandchildren, Victoria Rickus, Allison Miller, Jacob Rickus, Emmalee Periman and Lucy McFarland; and her brother-in-law Fred Hale. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
