He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Teer and Virginia Teer (Shryock); his grandson Trey Krodinger; and his siblings, Terry Teer, Joyce Miller (Charlie) and William "Bill" Teer.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Brianna Teer, Jaden, Aston Golden, Aliyah, Landen and Connor Teer; his wife Cheryl Teer (Bond); his children, Todd Teer (Rebecca), Stephanie Golden and Korey Teer (Heather); and his sister-in-law Kathy Teer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and family.
