He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mullins and Jeanetta Mullins (Russell). He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Mungle and Victoria Mullins (Tyler Green); his grandchildren, Caden Mungle, Keira Monks and Bexley Green; his sister Connie Jones; his niece Jessica Turner (Brad); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaylee and Carter Turner.
