She was predeceased by: her parents, Odas H. Loughary and Katherine L. Loughary (Wallen); and her brothers, Albert Loughary, Harry Loughary and Harvey Loughary.

She is survived by: her husband Orvis "Frank" Deremiah; her daughter Mary Shaw; and her siblings, Alvis Loughary and Lois Beard.

Memorial donations may be made in her honor to the Humane Society, 1201 Macklind Avenue St. Louis, MO 63110.
