She was predeceased by: her husband George W. Harris; her parents, Francis Herman and Opal Berniece Powell; her brothers, Gary Dean Powell, Micheal Wayne Powell and Robert Powell; her sister-in-law Joann Henson; and her children, Sandy Shelley of Farmington, Bobbi Francis (Richard) of Farmington, Tabby Harris-Risenhoover (Chad) of Park Hills and Richard Ramey (Reanna) of Alabama.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jacob Francis (Brileigh), Brandon Francis, Zack Risenhoover (Mackenzie) and Clay Risenhoover (Mackenzie); her great grandchildren, Korbyn Francis, Damon Francis and Lucas Risenhoover; her siblings, Frankie Williams and Billy Powell (Brenda); and her sister-in-law Edna Whitworth (Loydd). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, church family, and friends.
Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to the Farmington Church of the Nazarene Children and Teens Group.
