She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Scaggs and Lois Scaggs (Babb); her husband Thomas "Russ" Reagan; and her siblings, Fred Scaggs, Bonnie Gordon and Mary Gordon.
She is survived by: her children, Katheryn Bercume (Ethan) and Thomas Reagan (Diana Blocker); her brother Wes Scaggs (Mary); her granddaughters, Kylie Snellen, Rhea-Anna Reagan, Lindsay Heiges, Michaela Sanders (Garrett) and Haley Reagan (Wesley Kuehn); her great grandchildren, Elias James Sanders and Cyrus Reed Sanders; and her nieces and nephews, George Gordon (Connie Gordon), Christina Bolton, Heather Reagan, Bobbie Rysing, Billie Nozares, Terrie Scaggs and Mark Tessereau (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the First Steps Church of God – Farmington (306 N Carleton St, Farmington, MO 63640). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to Southeast Missouri Family Violence Council.
