He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Gibson and Alta Gibson (Ogle); his wife Bonnie Gibson (Jarvis); his daughter Phyllis Gibson; his grandsons, Bradley Gibson and Daniel Evans; his siblings, Bill Gibson (Rosemary), Gary Gibson and Deloris Stites (Lane); and his son-in-law Paul Long.
He is survived by: his children, James Gibson (Lorraine), Connie Scott (Gary), Brenda Long and Mark Gibson (Helen); his grandchildren, Todd, Patricia, Doug, Tesha, Cody and Wendy; his great grandchildren, Alexis, Tatum, Sebastian, Silas, Landon, Ampriaige, Blane, Carbon, Blake, Karlee and Paisley; and his sisters-in-law, Janelle Gibson and Emma Lashley (Frank).
