Philip Roth Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Philip Roth of Farmington, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 6, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard "Lex" Herman Roth and Emily Genevieve Roth; his brothers, Alexander "Alex" Roth, Bob Herzog and Robert "Bob" Roth; and his nephews, Devin Price, Erick Price Jr., Daniel Roth and Derek Roth.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Roth; his children, Lynn Roth and Lisa Jackson (Adam); his grandchildren, Madeline, Audrey, Tessa, Hannah, Julia, Liam and Maeve; his siblings, David Roth (Donna), Dennis Roth (Joan), Thomas Roth (Jane), Matthew Roth (Laura), Becky Bruemmer (Mel), Jane Gale (Robert), Mary Jo Madden (Doug) and Annette Price (Erick); his sisters-in-law, Amy Roth, Betty George and Debbie Roth; and his caregivers, Donna, Lisa, Bry, Jessica, Stacey and Ashley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
