We announce the death of Shirley Jean Stone of Farmington, Missouri, who passed away on June 10, 2026, at the age of 93. Shirley will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aundo Marshall Carver and Mary Elizabeth Carver (Hoehn); her husband Loman Thomas Stone; and her siblings-in-law, Artie Detring and Noble Stone (Velma).
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Stone (Ginger) and Darwin Stone (Monica); her granddaughter Allison Gibson (Caleb); her great grandchild Emerie Gibson; and her brother Aundo James Carver (Faye). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to New Heights Church, First Baptist Church of Farmington Building Fund, or Integrity Hospice of Springfield, Missouri.
