It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Lewis Weathermon Jr. of Faucett, Missouri, born in Conception Junction, Missouri, who passed away on September 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maudie Weathermon (Arnold) and George Weathermon Sr.; and his siblings, Henry "Gee" Weathermon, Velda "Sis" Mattson, Charlotte Boedecker and Marsha Boner.
He is survived by: his wife Rose McCrary; his children, Theresa Johnson of St. Joseph, James (Barbara) and George Weathermon, III of St. Joseph; and his sisters, Bonita Lager (Bud) of Maryville, MO, Marlene Schieber (Joe) of Kansas City, MO and Debbie Fukano (Bob) of California. He is also survived by many special friends, 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are requested to the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses of St. Joseph or a charity of donor's choice.
