He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norman "Dale" Erickson, Larry and Jeanie Skaggs. He is survived by: his parents, Justin Hogg (Loria) and Ashlee Skaggs (Ryan); his siblings, James Hogg of Fayette, Kolby Skaggs of Fayette, Hayley Gordon of Fayette, Jayden Gordon of Fayette, Paisley Hogg of Fayette and Rylee Skaggs of Fayette; his grandparents, John, Theresa Hogg of Boonville, Debbie Sims of Boonville and Roy Bane of LaPlata; his great-grandparent Geraldine Finley of Ashland; his aunt Dayla Botts (Steven) of Fayette; and his uncles, Scott Barney of Columbia, Brandon Richerson (Courtney) of New Franklin and Austin Bane (Tonya) of LaPlata.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Faith Family Church (710 MO-240, Fayette, MO 65248). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2612 N Morley St, Moberly, MO 65270).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the family to start a local non-profit for teen suicide awareness. Donations may be made to the family c/o Howard-Millard Funeral Home.
