He was predeceased by: his parents, William Homer and Maggie Evelyn Phillips (Tucker). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue "Susie" Shiflett; his children, Tim Phillips (Melissa) of Ft. Myers Beach, FL, Patrick Phillips of Fenton, MO and Susan Phillips of Fayette; his grandchildren, Caleb Phillips (Ashley) of Faucett, MO, Alex Phillips-Anglin (Brianna) of Independence, MO, Abbie Wing (Joe) of St. Louis, MO, Grace Phillips of Nashville, TN, Madison Phillips of Columbia, MO, Rilee Phillips and Jordan Phillips of Fayette; and his great grandchildren, Coy and Cree Phillips of Faucett, MO.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
