He is survived by: his son James (Lonzo); his friend Bobbie Johnson of Jackman's Auto Shop; his wife Nerlene Kelly; his children, Myra Kelly (Dylan Lee), Greg Kelly (Jenny Nelson) and Alonzo Kelly (Allison Brown); his siblings, Steve Kelly (Hellen) and Carla Jones; his siblings-in-law, Donald Hill, Alen Petty (Brenda Smith), Everett Hill (Junior), Earlene Jones, Virginia Mulwee-Kelly, Virginia Williams-Bragg (Leonard) and Joyce Starr; his grandchildren, Kyreon Walker (D'Angelo), Darius Lee, Haden Kelly, Maya Kelly, Anquan Kelly, Gregory Bush and Jeremy Bush; and his great grandchildren, Mahlani Walker, Harmoni Walker, Elijah Bush and Iris Bush. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and friends.
