She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph and Loretta Marchand McManus; her husband Ronald Scherer; and her brother William McManus. She is survived by: her children, Michelle Blake (Oscar), Dennis Scherer (Crystal) and Shawn Scherer (Tina); her grandchildren, Sydney, Madison, Zachary, Dennis Michael (Adirany), Tyler Scherer, Kristina, Melissa Volmert (Dylan) and Patricia Blake; her great grandchildren, Karoline Simms and Dean Scherer; her niece Angela McManus; her nephew William "Billy" McManus (Melissa); her great-nieces, Eliscia, Lexie Ganem, Jessica and Sophia McManus; and her pet Bella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Fayette PAWS Program.
