He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Roy and Eunice Pauline Carter (Chambers); his wife Victoria Ann Blanz; his daughters, Rebecca Keopke and Shauna Hayes; and his siblings, Ruthie Marie Greene and Richard Alvin Carter.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Melissa Jones; his children, Stephanie Magill (Matt) and Clinton Jones (Destinee); his son-in-law Ron Keopke; his grandchildren, Josh Keopke (Rachel), Amanda Brown (Jacob), Aaron Magill, Anna Ried (Isaiah), Katelynn Keopke, Knox and Drew Jones; and his siblings, Betty Lou Bostwick and Royce Wayne Carter. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
