He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Stasiak (Perkins); his parents, Casimir Stasiak and Helen Stasiak (Mellor); and his siblings, Donald Long, Rosalie Ryan, Donna Frenette and Paul Stasiak.
He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy Long, Debra Lynch and Cheryl Smithson; his children, Anthony Stasiak II, Stacy Padgett and Nicole Lovelady; and his grandchildren, Anthony Stasiak III, Jessica Bartz, Bradley Bartz, Samantha Sullivan, Payton Sullivan, Brody Sullivan and Reagan Lovelady.
