He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Tate and Mary Tate (Bryant); his wife Patricia Tate; and his sisters, Mary Jo McCoubrie, Shirley Ray and Jane.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Dejno (Larry), Brian Tate (Michele) and Michael Tate; his grandchildren, Katelyn Dejno, David Dejno (Kayla), Jordan Dejno (Carmen), Kelsey Littel (Jordan), Jonathan Tate and Brittany Tate; his great grandchildren, Indigo Dejno, Zara Dejno, Beckham Dejno and Asa Dejno; his brothers, Wes Tate and Bryant Tate; and his caregiver Rosie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
