He is survived by: his wife Candy Jean Gray; his daughters, Dawn Cripps (Gregory) and Debra Gray; his grandchildren, Austin Gray, Jacob Nicoloff, Kiersten Cripps, Chase Cripps, Connor Cripps and Caleb Gray-Sitek; his siblings, Bob Gray (Terry), Mark Gray (Laura), Donny Gray, Carol Bell (Howard), Donna Clay, Marsha Politte (Rick), Phyllis Lewis (Brad) and Lisa Benn (Greg); and his sisters-in-law, Sandy Gray, Shari Gray, Linda Heald (Ray), Cathie Brockett (Bill) and Cindy Lauman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary - Cedar Hill (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made on behalf of Michael to American Cancer Society – Esophageal Cancer.
