He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Rosemary; and his aunts and uncles, Clara, John, Albert, Erline and Raymond.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Mike; his children, Steve (Sarah), Bryan, Craig (Becca), Channce, Jessi (Paul), Adam (Jessica), Alana (Joe) and Danielle (Adam); his grandchildren, Justin, Emma, Kennedy, James, Joey, Oliver, Landon, Aidan, Avary, Addison, Kynslee, Elijah, Cora and Addie; and his aunt Janice.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jay B. Smith Funeral Home (777 Oakwood Dr, Fenton, MO 63026).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Second Chance Ranch, in honor of Mike's lifelong love for animals - and for giving second chances.
