With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy (Frehse) M. McCarthy of Fenton, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 17, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nancy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. William G. McCarthy; and her brothers, Royal Frehse, Anthony DiMercurio and Michael DiMercurio. She is survived by: her children, Pamela McGuire (Michael), Patricia Schmitz (David) and Timothy McCarthy (Christine).
