He is survived by: his wife Judy Varga (Schukar) of Fenton, MO; his daughters, Holly Norris of Vandalia and Heidi Upchurch (Victor Ojeda); his brother Raymond Varga (Peggy) of Florida; his sister-in-law Lisa Schukar of Vandalia; his grandchildren, Natasha Grill (Daniel Franz), Vincent Ragel (Callie Roson), Gwyneth Upchurch (Matthew Hall) and Madilyn (Mason Schumacher); his great grandchildren, Ava Hall, Landyn Hall and Chloe Ragel; and his pet Dolly. He is also survived by extended family and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to Overcup Baptist Church or Second Chance Animal Rescue.
