He was predeceased by: his parents, August Konert and Margaret Konert (Stetina); his daughter Kimberly Konert; and his siblings, Theodore Konert, Margaret Toler and Jacqueline Littge.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Delaney Konert-Edison; and his siblings, Patricia, Muehlen (Joe), Dolores McGuire (Mike), Carolyn Roettger (Ray), Cathy Schierhoff (Jim) and Elizabeth Konert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
