He was predeceased by: his parents, Johan Brandsoy and Aase Brandsoy; and his sister Kari Nyhaug. He is survived by: his wife Linda Louise Brandsoy of Festus, Missouri; his children, Erik Brandsoy (Kristina) of Crystal City, Missouri and Paula Cotton of Festus, Missouri; his sisters, Randi Brande and Bodil Skorgevik of Norway; his grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua, Jacob and Matthew; and his great grandchildren, Aiden and Persephone. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel (515 Collins Dr, Festus, MO 63028). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
