He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Edward and Laveda Thersa Schmaltz (Benard); and his wife Linda Kay Schmaltz (Meisinger). He is survived by: his children, Richard Schmaltz (Angela) of Park Hills, Eric Schmaltz (Rosemary) of Festus, Missouri and Nicole Roberts (Ryan Gosche) of Jackson, Missouri; and his brothers, Anthony Schmaltz (Cindy) of Arnold and Emil Schmaltz of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous other loving family members and dear friends.
