He is survived by: his wife Shawna Womack (McDonald); his children, Christina Roberts (Johnny), Brittany Capps (Kevin), Vance Michael Womack, Domonick Womack, Corey Womack (Bridget), Ciara McDonald, Nathaniel Womack and Keegan Womack; his mother Barbara Womack (Tate); and his sister Michelle Light (Gary).
