He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar V. Doza Sr. and Dorothy Doza (Smith); his wife Leanne Doza (Herman); and his sisters, Carol Bates (late Lloyd) of Herculaneum Mo and Janice Gephardt (late Marty) of Festus.
He is survived by: his son Chad M. Doza; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Herman of Hillsboro Mo, Leon Herman (Eileen) of Zell Mo, Ronald Herman (Angi) of Perryville, Gene Herman (Cheyle) of Festus, MO., Barb Herman (late Robert) and Gwen Herman (late Richard) of Ste Genevieve. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to St Vincent De Paul, Crystal City or Sacred Heart Church in Festus Mo.
