He was predeceased by: his father Randall W. Rulo. He is survived by: his mother Kelly Rulo (Depew) of De Soto, Missouri.; his wife Laura Ann Rulo (Blum) of Festus, Missouri; his children, Jacob, Isabella, Ava, Evelyn and Leah; his siblings, Daniel Rulo of De Soto, Missouri and Jesse Rector of Wentzville, Missouri; Nehemiah.
