He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Held and Vera Held (McGhee); and his siblings, Thomas Held (Bernice), Betty Miller (Raymond), Virginia Schivitz (Ed), Delores Morrill (Norman), Dorothy Inglvason (Kenny) and Debbie Gill (Brian).
He is survived by: his wife Frances "Arlene" Held (Roberts) of Festus, Missouri; and his siblings, Fred Held (Tracy), Sharon Hilleman (Mark) and Donna Carr (Ronnie) of Oran, Missouri. He is also survived by children, and numerous dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mahn Funeral Home Twin City Chapel (515 Collins Dr, Festus, MO 63028). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
