With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Edward Dugger of Fisk, Missouri, who passed away on June 4, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elbert and Lillian Ruth Dugger. He is survived by: his wife Mary Whitaker Dugger; his children, Michelle Jacques (Mark) of Dexter, Jamie Harty (Scott) of Dudley, MO and Carla Dowdy (Jim) of Dexter; his grandchildren, Dustin (Dede), Demi (Jake), DJ (Kalin), Hana, Taylor, Maddie, Bri-Anna, Jessica (Chad) and Brandi; and his brothers, John Dugger (Sherry) of Fisk and David Dugger (Renee) of Broseley. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
