He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Huey McNeal and Sarah Lou McNeal (Kelso); and his brothers, Lonnie Joe McNeal, Roy Gene McNeal, Charles Lee McNeal (Kathy Burkhart) and Gerald David McNeal (Dena Johnson).
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlene Williford, Carlene Kearbey, Carl J McNeal, JoJean Burkhart, Loyd Wayne McNeal, Vicky Lynn Torresin and Steve McNeal.
