He is survived by: his children, John Haislip of Fisk, MO, Rebecca Brandt (Scott) of Warrensburg, MO and Amy Kim of Las Vegas, NV.; his grandchildren, Connor, Liam Haislip and Zoey Kim; and his siblings, James Aaron Haislip of Saint Louis, MO and Jean Ford of Lindseyville, KY.
