He is survived by: his mother Vonita Ann Lewis; his daughters, Kiley Nicole Lewis (Anthony) and Natasha Ann Sentell (Zach); his grandchildren, Landon Bates (Summer), Zachary Hargraves, Colton Hargraves and Adalyn Sentell; his great grandchild Owen Bates; and his siblings, Ladina Braden and Gerald Lewis.
