He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ira and Mildred Imogen Rowe (Lichty); his daughter Cindy Abbott; and his siblings, Shirley Prater, Judy Trout, Sally Gann, Terry Rowe and James Rowe.
He is survived by: his children, Denny Rowe (Charman) and Heather Rowe; and his grandchildren, Casey Abbott, Erica Abbott, Logan Rowe and Hallie Wallis. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
