He was predeceased by: his parents, Rick Leutert and Dawna Leutert (Besher); and his grandparents, Leona and Bill "Pa Bill" Besher. He is survived by: his children, Joe Foster (Audrey) of Cape Girardeau, MO, Matt Foster (Fallon) of Qulin, MO, Leann Besher of Jonesboro, AR and Ricky Besher of Fisk, MO; his grandchildren, Emberly Foster, Brynlee Foster, Delaney Foster and William Foster; his siblings, Amy Caldwell (Jerry), Matt Leutert, Samantha Lowe (Taylor) and Leevon Decourley (Kadee); his grandmother Loretta Sullvivan; and his stepfather Thomas Decourley (Connie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White-Sanders Funeral Home (717 1st St, Fisk, MO 63940). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
