She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Toll and Mildred Toll; her husband Larry Brown; and her brothers, Edward Toll and Robert Toll.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Wilson (Keith); her grandchildren, Rebecca Riley (Brendan) and Eric Wilson (Allison); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor and Evelyn. She is also survived by her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Charlotte's honor may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
