She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer "Sonny" Reigner Jr. Loving. She is survived by: her children, Michele Tisius (Gene) and Michael Reigner; her grandchildren, Courtney Muschler (David) and Dan Tisius; her cousins, Jan, John, Peggy and Nancy; and her pet Cindy.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Judy's name to APA of St. Louis.
