He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Ann Twitty (Nee Maricic); and his stepchildren, Jeff Niebling (Cindy), Jim Neibling, JIll Niebling, Cindy Niebling-Williams (Joanne Williams), Connie Glasglow and Marijana Regan.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hutchens Mortuary & Cremation Center (675 Graham Rd, Florissant, MO 63031). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5200 Lucas and Hunt Rd, St. Louis, MO 63121).
