He is survived by : his wife Shirley Vogel; his children, Christina Yvonne Vogel and Michael LaMonte Campbell, Jr.; his granddaughters, Myeka Campbell and Mykeya Campbell; and his sister Nancy Ketterer (Larry). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
