He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Joe Farnsworth (Swearengin); and his brother-in-law Max Uchtman. He is survived by: his wife Tricia; his children, Cassie Galloway (Hunter) and Jake Farnsworth (Mattea); his grandchildren, Traden and Myla; his father Paul Farnsworth; his siblings, David Farnsworth (Shannon), Kim Uchtman and Lana Wilson (Jeff); and his parents-in-law, Bob and Pam Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
