He is survived by: his wife Christine Swinney; and his children, Frank Swinney (Becky), John Swinney (Carmen) and Wendy George (Clint). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; as well as extended family members and friends.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the West Finley Cemetery (258 Olga Rd, Fordland, MO 65652).
